SDRAM(SynchronousDRAM) is a synchronous type of DRAM. Over 25 years of experience in developing and supplying DRAM products has allowed us to meet all requirements by automotive manufacturers for quality and reliability.

Features
We are focused on supplying legacy DRAM such as SDRAM due to the demand in the market for stable, high quality supply.
Production is performed in Japan and at overseas facilities, ensuring uninterrupted supply around the world.
In addition to the broad lineup, customized products are available to meet specific requirements.
PC100-compatible output drivers in consumer equipment and automotive systems were designed for multiple DRAMs connected in parallel. This requires a damping resistor and waveform adjustment.
LAPIS Technology offers 3 models that enable 3-stage output drivability adjustment based on an extended mode register.
Waveform quality can be optimized by controlling output drivability, eliminating the need for a damping resistor and EMI countermeasures, reducing both component count and costs.

Over 25 years of experience in developing and supplying DRAM products has allowed us to meet all requirements by automotive manufacturers for quality, reliability, support, supply, and traceability.

A lineup of products with a Cu frame is utilized for high connection reliability.
