ML620Q1xx、ML610Q1xx System Block Diagram
  • The ML620Q1xx/ML610Q1xx MCUs feature low power consumption with high noise immunity, making them ideal for industrial equipment as well as consumer electronics.

  • The ML620Q1xx of high performance CMOS MCUs adopt LAPIS Technology's unique RISC-type U16 Core 16bit CPU, while the ML610Q1xx utilizes the U8 8bit core for lower power consumption while maintaining high processing capability.
    ML620Q1xx/ML610Q1xx MCUs provides superior noise immunity and incorporate programmable Flash memory. Models that support high temperature operation (+105°C) are also available.

  • In addition, high accuracy oscillation, combined with data Flash*, reduce the number of external parts required, lowering costs as well as decreasing mounting area. ML610Q172/173/174/178 incorporate PWM for IH control along with an LCD driver, making them ideal for IH cooktops, electric ranges, rice cookers, and other appliances. * Excluding ML610Q178/101/102
